We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.
You should normally allow 2-3 working days for delivery of your gift vouchers. Garden Club memberships will be processed and membership packs dispatched within 7 working days.

During the peak Christmas period delivery may be delayed and we advise that orders for Christmas are placed in good time.
Please note, orders are processed Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK including the Scottish Isles and Channel Islands.
Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.

If you have made a mistake please call us on 01324 711727 Monday to Friday 9am – 5.15pm, quoting your order reference number. We will do our utmost to try and make any necessary changes.

Please note, we only offer Klondyke/Strikes Gift Vouchers for on-line purchasing. Our gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from purchase.
Our Garden Club membership is valid for 12 months from processing of the application.

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel.

Gift vouchers and garden club memberships cannot be returned or refunded.
