We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. You should normally allow 2-3 working days for delivery of your gift vouchers.

Garden Club memberships will be processed and membership packs dispatched within 15 working days.

During the peak Christmas period delivery may be delayed and we advise that orders for Christmas are placed in good time. Please note, orders are processed Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK including the Scottish Isles and Channel Islands. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.

If you have made a mistake please call us on 01324 711727 Monday to Friday 9am – 5.15pm, quoting your order reference number. We will do our utmost to try and make any necessary changes.

Please note, we only offer Klondyke/Strikes Gift Vouchers for on-line purchasing.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from purchase.

Our Garden Club membership is valid for 12 months from processing of the application.

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel.

Gift vouchers and garden club memberships cannot be returned or refunded.

Florida Prize Draw

We're giving you the chance to win this fantastic prize and all you need to do is purchase your real Christams tree from our garden centre. With every real Christmas tree bought, you'll get an entry into our prize draw and one lucky family of 4 will soon be heading off on the holiday of a lifetime.

Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to all residents of the UK excluding employees of William Strike Ltd and their immediate families and any other person professionally connected with the promotion.

The prize draw is open to those invited to participate in any garden centre from the Klondyke/Strikes Group of Garden Centres, with one winner being selected at random from all submitted entries. The prize draw is open to anyone purchasing a real Christmas tree from the Klondyke/Strikes Group of Garden Centres. One prize draw entry per real Christmas tree purchased.

The prize is for a family of four (two adults and two children) travelling economy class return flights from a selected regional airport to a selected Orlando airport. Includes US transfers from the airport to accommodation.

Travel insurance and UK transfers are not included.

Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed above (e.g. telephone charges, room service etc) are at the guests own expense.

Winners are responsible for their own passport, visa/ESTA requirements and fully comprehensive travel/medical insurance.

Accommodation is for fourteen nights in a standard room at a 3 star hotel on International Drive as selected by the promoter, William Strike Ltd.

Entry passes to Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks.

Holiday must be taken by no later than 5th December 2012 and all date requests are subject to availability. Excludes 31st March to 15th April 2012. Holiday must be booked by 31st March 2012.

The prize winner if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the holiday.

There is no cash or prize alternative and prize is subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and is not for resale.

The promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. If this is the case a reasonable equivalent will be offered.

The maximum possible total prize fund for the competition is £5000.

The closing date for the receipt of entries is 09/01/12, all entries must be received by this date. Draw date will be the 16/01/2012. The winner will be notified by post within 10 working days. The winners details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the promoter William Strike Ltd, Beancross Road, Polmont, Falkirk FK2 0XS.

Completed entry forms to be placed in prize draw entry boxes within the garden centres or by post to Florida Competition, William Strike Ltd, Head Office, Beancross Road, Polmont, Falkirk FK2 0XS. The instore and postal entries will be amalgamated.

 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or altered entries.

The first entry drawn at random by an independent person will receive the prize. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal value. No correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.

 If the name drawn declines to take part a further draw will take place until a properly completed entry is drawn and the prize is accepted.

All entrants will have been deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
