We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. You should normally allow 2-3 working days for delivery of your gift cards.
During the peak Christmas period delivery may be delayed and we advise that orders for Christmas are placed in good time. Please note, orders are processed Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.
We can deliver to anywhere in the UK including the Scottish Isles and Channel Islands. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.
If you have made a mistake please call us on 01324 711727 Monday to Friday 9am – 5.15pm, quoting your order reference number. We will do our utmost to try and make any necessary changes.
Please note, we only offer Klondyke/Strikes Gift Cards for on-line purchasing.
Our gift cards are valid for 2 years from date of purchase. They can only be redeemed at garden centres within the Klondyke Group for the full or part payment of goods.
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel.
Our Gift Cards can be purchased worth any amount from £5 and can be redeemed at any garden centre or restaurant within the Klondyke Group.The gift card can be used as many times as you like providing there is a balance is available.
Refunds & Cancellations
Gift cards and Grow memberships cannot be returned or refunded or be exchanged wholly or partly for cash..
Grotto tickets will only be refunded at the discretion of the Klondyke Group. Exchange of tickets for an alternative date is only possible if spaces are available for the time you require and cannot be guaranteed.
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

GROW Terms and Conditions
2. Grow Rewards membership is valid for twelve months from the day of registration and your Grow Rewards card can be used in any centre within the Klondyke Group. Members must register their Grow Rewards membership card instore to be eligible for all member benefits.
3. Only one named member per membership is allowed.
4. To have a Grow Rewards membership card you must register and activate your card instore.
7. Your Grow Rewards membership card can only be used by the named and registered member. It cannot be transferred or copied and must be presented at the point of purchase in store to qualify for reward points and to redeem hot drink credits.
8. Your Grow Rewards card must be presented when returning any goods allowing us to debit the appropriate points from your card. If a refund is completed after reward points have been issued, then points earned in the original transaction will be deducted and the points balance may become a negative value If goods are returned having been purchased with reward points, no point or cash refund will be given.
10. The Grow Rewards membership card is issued by and remains the property of William Strike Ltd who reserves the right to terminate the scheme without prior notice and/or, on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel any Grow Rewards card that they feel have been subject to abuse or attempted abuse.
11. Grow Rewards discounts and exclusive member offers may not always be valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers or promotions.
12. Any promotional vouchers linked to Grow Rewards are non-transferable and are valid only for use with the card holder. As such they cannot be sold or transferred for any monetary gain.
13. William Strike Ltd reserve the right to alter or delete any of the Grow Rewards benefits or points at any time without prior notice.
21. Grow Rewards members benefit from 2 hot drink credits each month for the year of valid membership. These credits begin on the 1st of the month following.
22. Two credits per month will be added to your membership card and can be redeemed against regular size hot drinks at any restaurant within the Klondyke Group.
23. Please note seasonal hot drinks, cold drinks and luxury/deluxe drinks are not included and would be charged at full price. An upgrade to a large size hot drink is possible, with payment for the price difference required.
24. Credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other restaurant offer, promotion or Afternoon Tea.
25. The two credits are only valid for the calendar month in the year of valid membership. Credits cannot be transferred from month to month and must be used in the relevant calendar month for the year of valid membership. If you do not use them within the calendar month they will expire.
26. Members must present a valid Grow Rewards membership card at the restaurant till point to redeem the credit and benefit from the free hot drink.
27. If you lose your membership card, your remaining credits will be transferred to your new Grow Rewards membership card.
28. Members can collect five reward points for every £1 spent in a single transaction (after discounts). Points are issued per product based on one point for every 20p.
30. Unfortunately points cannot be collected at third party concessions in Klondyke stores or when purchasing gift cards and vouchers, stamps, all event ticket purchases, Grow reward card membership, Calor gas, products from concessions and other products from time to time as notified. Other exclusions may apply
33. William Strike Ltd reserves the right to alter the terms of the points reward system at any time.
34. Members will receive invites to exclusive member events either via instore kickbacks or via email. Grow Rewards will only be able to send invites if we have a valid email address for the member. Members can update their details at any time by contacting the GROW Rewards Helpline 01324 711727
Regular Email with News, Member Offers & Promotions
35. In order to receive emails from Grow Rewards, members must provide us with a valid email address and be opted into receiving email communications from Grow.
36. Member offers are subject to stock availability and no cash alternative or substitution is available.
