Bob and Dorothy Gault, owners of the Klondyke Group of Garden Centres, including Strikes Garden Centres, confirm the acquisition of Brookside Garden Centre at Poynton, Cheshire.
Bob Gault, Chairman of Klondyke said “The acquisition of Brookside further consolidates our presence in Cheshire and we look forward to exploiting the full potential of the site over the coming months.”
The acquisition was part funded by the Allied Irish Bank, who continue to provide valuable support to the Gaults and Klondyke Group in this difficult economic climate. Hill Dickinson LLP, Liverpool advised on this acquisition.
