The flagship of our company and the North West's premier garden centre.
This is no ordinary store; our garden centre is spread over 3 levels; with the main level home to core gardening, gift shop, clothing, the Topiary Coffee Shop and Laird’s Larder Food Hall; the second floor mezzanine displaying garden furniture and outdoor living and a basement level housing the World in Miniature Museum and attractions including the Craft Shop, Doll’s House Emporium, Hornby, Scalextric and Airfix.
The outdoor plant area has been created from the original walled kitchen garden of Houghton Hall and is the perfect setting for choosing plants.
The Laird’s Larder Food Hall offers the finest quality local and regional foods; produce from the Laird’s Larder can be tasted within the Topiary Coffee Shop - our renowned fresh cream cakes are the only way to finish off your visit.
